Event Info:

• Events at the winery are a great opportunity for family and friends to get together for Holtkamp wine and Brick Oven Pizza. 

• Enjoy the lake and vineyard views from the covered deck and patio, or one of the many picnic areas.

• No reservations needed: Seating is first come, first serve. Reserving or holding tables is not allowed. If you need a space for your group, please contact holtkampwinery@gmail.com to book a space. Please note, during our events, we do not rent the Pavilion.

• Lawn chairs: Feel free to bring your own lawn chairs to our events, as seating may be limited.

• Craft Beer & Wine Slushies available at all events throughout the year, as well as Friday evening's, Saturday's and Sunday's during the summer.

• Wheelchair accessible tasting room, patio and picnic areas.

• RESPECT THE VINEYARD:  Do not pick grapes, climb on the trellises, or otherwise damage the grape vines. The vines are extremely fragile and can be permanently damaged.

• NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL PERMITTED:

  • Outside alcoholic beverages are strictly illegal due to state liquor laws. Please do not bring your own alcohol onto the property.

• NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS PERMITTED:  Brick Oven Pizza, snacks, soft drinks and water are available for purchase. Pre-packaged meats, cheeses, & crackers are available in the Tasting room. See attendent for selections; they will provide you with a cutting board & cheese knife & you can build your own charcuterie board.

• RULES REGARDING DOGS: Dogs are welcome but must be on a leash, and must be well behaved.  Dogs are not permitted in the tasting room. Please clean up after your dog.

• ⚠️PROPERTY NOTICE:

• We love welcoming guests to our winery however, please note that the residential house located near the winery building is strictly private property. For the safety of everyone, unauthorized entry or trespassing in this residential zone is completely prohibited.

• Liability Notice: The owners assume no responsibility or liability for injuries resulting from trespassing.

• ⚠️BEWARE OF GUARD DOG: • Guard Dog on Duty: A tethered guard dog is stationed by the house and runs on a line between the trees and the house.
  • Keep Children Clear: For their protection, children must be kept entirely away from the house, the stone wall lining the house, the trees near the house, and the dog’s line connecting the trees to the house at all times.
  • Hidden Hazard: The dog may be resting inside the dog house and out of view. 
  • Liability Notice: The owners assume no responsibility or liability for injuries resulting from the dog.

• RULES REGARDING CHILDREN: We are family friendly, and children are welcome but we want to make sure they stay safe, so please abide by the following rules:

• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

• Children are not permitted in the vineyard, unless accompanied by an adult.
• Children are not permitted to climb trees on the property.
• Children are not permitted in the woods.
• Children are not permitted on the dock unless accompanied by an adult.
• Children are not permitted by the house
• BEWARE OF DOG: Children are not permitted anywhere near the guard dog by the house. See above "BEWARE OF GUARD DOG" warning!
